We are not open yet. These terms cover the one thing this site does today — the waiting list. Full terms for backing a club will be published before anybody can back one.
Who you are dealing with
This site is run by BackYour.Club. You can reach a person at hello@backyour.club.
Joining the waiting list
Leaving your details tells us you would like to know when we open. That is all it does. It does not create an account, reserve a place, commit you to anything, or cost anything.
Please give us details that are yours and are accurate — particularly the club, since the whole point is knowing which clubs want this. Don’t add somebody else’s email address on their behalf.
You can leave at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details. How we handle them is in our privacy notice.
What we have said about prices
The figures on this site are what we intend to charge: £14.99 a month for a club after 30 days free, backing from £5.00 a month, and a fee paid by the supporter on top of their backing so the club receives the whole amount.
They are intentions, not an offer, and nothing is agreed by joining the list. We may change them before we open. If we do, you will see the terms that actually apply before you are asked to agree to anything or hand over a card.
We might not open
We intend to, and we are building it. But we are not promising a date, and we are not promising it will happen. If we decide not to, we will tell the people on the list and delete it.
The examples on this site
The clubs, businesses and supporters shown as examples are invented, and labelled as such where they appear. Any resemblance to a real club is accidental. The posters and graphics are made by the same code a real club would use, but the club on them does not exist.
The words, design, logo and images here are ours. Please don’t reproduce them as your own.
Changes, law and complaints
We may update these terms while the site is a waiting list. The version here is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects the rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.
If something here is wrong or unfair, tell us at hello@backyour.club and a person will answer.
